Mr John Crabtree will acknowledge your complaint and record our complaint in our Central Register. Your complaint will be investigated. The Legal Ombudsman requires a response within 8 weeks of receiving your complaint but Mr John Crabtree will aim to reply sooner if possible.
The Solicitors Regulation Authority can help you if you have concerns about our service.
If we are unable to resolve your complaint then the Legal Ombudsman can help you. The complaint to the Legal Ombudsman should be made within one year from the act or omission.
